We are not just aiming for weight loss, we work to set you up for long term success with your health and fitness. After committing to our Boot Camp you will have access to download and print our accountability workbook!

This is a detailed guide that helps you with your mental transformation, reminding yourself that you are more than a number! Also helps with your physical transformation as it comes with measurement/photo trackers and a 4-week food journal for you to track your meals to help keep you focused on your journey and be able to hold yourself accountable to REALLY learning to make and sustain this lifestyle change.

If you join our boot camp by purchasing one of our health and fitness supplements and not a full lifestyle challenge pack (that comes with an eating plan & workout program) then this meal plan that we give to our boot camp challengers will be a great addition to your gym routine and daily Shakeology/supplement.

Some of you will be joining the camp with your lifestyle challenge pack, which will include an eating plan in it as well, feel free to only use that plan, or take bits and pieces of both plans and make it your own. Totally up to you, we will be able to work together with you to find the best option for you! 

BOOT CAMP REQUIREMENTS:

1. I must be your assigned coach, so if you DO NOT yet have an account, Click Here to make me your Coach with the username: rockinyogii,  my name: Lexi Schaffer, or my coach ID: #386726.

2. You must do a Beachbody fitness program OR taking a Beachbody supplement with your own workouts. If you do not already own a workout program we can work together to pick one that will work with your schedule and help you get the results that you are looking for! (If you need to purchase a program, make sure you ask me how you can save between 25-30% OFF by ordering your Shakeology and program together!)

 3. To maximize results it’s highly encouraged you drinks Shakeology, most of our challengers do! Shakeology ensures that you get the results you desire within the 30 day period of the challenge. Abs are made in the kitchen and diet makes up 70% of your results. Most programs that you purchase will have a meal plan with it, we can discuss that when we get going!

 4. You must be open-minded and willing to share & participate in the group to help you overcome obstacles and grow as a person so that this is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix. Remember, we are after sustainable results!
